King: WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 9 of the OPL Board Rules of Procedure By-la w, if a Secret Ballot is required; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Alexandra Yarrow be appointed scrutineer for the Election of Chair for the Ottawa Public Library Board. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT should an election of Vice-Chair be required by Secret Ballot, Ms. Yarrow will also be the scrutineer for this election. Results:
