BE IT RESOLVED that City Council resolve in camera pursuant to the Procedure By-law 2022-410, Subsection 13(1)(e), litigation or potential litigation affecting the City, and Subsection 13(1)(f), the receiving of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose in order to receive a briefing related to the in camera item with respect to Light Rail Transit (LRT) Legal Updates.
