Fisher: WHEREAS the 2026 Board meeting schedule was approved by the Board on October 14, 2025 (OPLB-2025-1014-10.4); and, WHEREAS from time to time, staff may be required to adjust the Board meeting schedule due to circumstances not foreseen at the time of approval; and, WHEREAS the next Ādisōke project update report to the Board is anticipated in June 2026, as noted in the December 2025 update to the Board; and, WHEREAS project construction updates are also provided to the City of Ottawa Finance and Corporate Services Committee by the project management office within the City's Infrastructure and Water Services; and, WHEREAS the above-mentioned update is anticipated at the June 2, 2026 Finance and Corporate Services Committee meeting; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT RESOLVED THAT the Ottawa Public Library Board meeting date of Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 5:00pm be rescheduled to Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 5:00pm, in order to align with the timing of the Finance and Corporate Services Committee meeting.
