King: WHEREAS Chair Matthew Luloff has advised he would be late for the September 8th meeting and a Vice-Chair is required to be appointed in the interim as Vice-Chair Kathy Fisher assumes Acting Chair duties; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Ottawa Public Library Board appoint Jessica Bradley as Vice-Chair pro tem for this meeting or until such time as Chair Matthew Luloff arrives.
