BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Transportation Committee approve that the City Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer assess if city funding for the EA and ultimate construction of a weather protected accessible connection from the new Dow's Lake LRT station to the main entrance of the new civic hospital can be included as a local contribution amount without a municipal tax levy.
