WHEREAS implementation of the Smoke-Free Ontario Act, 2017 was paused on June 29, 2018 by Order in Council. BE RESOLVED THAT the Chair of the Board write to the Premier and Minister of Health and Long-Term Care of Ontario urging that the Government of Ontario implement the Smoke-Free Ontario Act, 2017 , without further delay.
