Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee

WHEREAS the report for Zoning By-law Amendment – Part of 3194 Donnelly Drive ( ACS2019-PIE-PS-0067) has been prepared to fulfill a condition of severance approval imposed by the Committee of Adjustment; and WHEREAS the location map provided in Document 1 of the report did not outline the correct location to be re-zoned as described in the report, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee recommend to Council to replace the map in Document 1 with the attached corrected location map; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to the Planning Act, subsection 34(17) no further notice be given.

and Rural Affairs Committee (ARAC) approve the addition of this Item for consideration by the Committee at the July 4, 2019 ARAC Meeting, pursuant to Section 89(3) of the Procedure By-Law.
