Be It Resolved That Recommendation 3 be amended to: 3. Delegate authority for minor design changes to the General Manager, Planning and Growth Management Department including: A. increased landscaping along River Lane including native species tree to contribute to maintain the Lane's verdant green character B. Enhancement of the exterior architectural character on all 4 building elevations to more sensitively reflect the guidelines of the New Edinburgh Heritage Conservation District."
