That the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee recommend that Council, sitting as Committee of the Whole, approve the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee 2019 Draft Operating and Capital Budget as follows: 1. Development Review Process (Rural) Operating Resource Requirement (p. 5). 2. Rural Affairs Office i) Rural Affairs Office – User Fees (p. 7); ii) Operating Resource Requirement (p. 6) 3. The Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee Capital Program (p. 8) [individual projects listed p. 16-25]. The Committee members then asked various questions of staff on a variety of concerns such as: replacement trees following the tornado, stump grinding, noxious weeds and education programs, rural road infrastructure and amounts being spent and rural west facilities.
