WHEREAS in Document 4, The Statement of Cultural Heritage Value for 158 Gloucester Street includes two minor errors in the Description of Heritage Attributes; THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following updates be made to De-scription of Heritage Attributes in Document 4: To replace the sixth bullet “upper central palladian window with modest colonettes and voussoirs” with “Central window in the upper storey with arched transom and decorative brick window surround.” To replace the seventh bullet “triangular pediment and flat roofline” with “Decora-tive stepped parapet and flat roof.”
