That Member Barry Padolsky be nominated as Vice Chair. Member Padolsky accepted the nomination. No further nominations were forthcoming and Member Padolsky was declared the Vice Chair for the 2014-2018 term. 2. BUILT HERITAGE SUB-COMMITTEE TERMS OF REFERENCE ACS2015-CMR-CCB-0028 CITY WIDE REPORT RECOMMENDATION That the Built Heritage Sub-Committee recommend that the Planning Committee recommend Council approve the Sub-Committee’s Terms of Reference, as outlined in this report and attached at Document 1. Heritage Ottawa submitted a letter dated 12 February, a copy of which is held on file. The President, Leslie Maitland, was present and was prepared to speak on the item.
