Malo: That the draft Minutes of the meeting of 19 October, 2016 be amended to include the following to item 3, Surveillance System for Transit Network Access and Privacy Policy: Following some discussions, the Commission requested staff to provide additional information confirming that the new Transit Network Surveillance System will not collect biometric data and that access to the data by law enforcement agencies will be strictly controlled under the access protocols contained in the policy. Mr. Manconi agreed to provide a memo to the Commission on this request.
