That Manon Beaulieu be elected as Vice-Chair. Member Beaulieu accepted the nomination. No other nominations were received. Chair Leroux declared the nominations closed. Chair Leroux asked for all those in favour and opposed. Upon unanimous consent, the Chair declared Manon Beaulieu as the Vice-Chair. 2.
