be it Resolved that ESAC Endorses the overall direction and Principles set out in the Draft Ottawa Pedestrian Plan and Draft Ottawa Cycling Plan. Be it Further Resolved that ESAC: 1) Encourages the city to aim for more aggressive Modal Shift beyond 50%; 2) Supports adoption of complete streets for the Transportation Master Plan; and 3) Supports the use of development charges to support these plans.
