WHEREAS Member Claire Kendall has been nominated for the position of Chair, and Member Marc Bertrand has been nominated for the position of Vice-Chair, and both nominees have accepted their nominations; WHEREAS nominations have closed with no further nominations; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Member Claire Kendall is acclaimed to the position of Chair, and Member Marc Bertrand is acclaimed to the position of Vice-Chair, for the remainder of the term.
