That the meeting of the Joint Finance and Economic Development Committee and Audit Sub-Committee move In Camera to consider this item, pursuant to section 13(1) of the Procedure By-law, for the reasons set out below: b) Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including staff; e) Litigation or potential litigation affecting the City, including matters before administrative tribunals; f) The receiving of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.
