WHEREAS at the meeting of February 8, 2024, the French Language Services Advisory Committee discussed the possibility of a change in the meeting start time to better accommodate members’ schedules; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, pursuant to section 9 (1) (a) of the Advisory Committee Procedure By-law, the French Language Services Advisory Committee approve that the start time of meetings be changed to 6:30 pm for the remainder of this Term of Council.
