WHEREAS Report No. ACS2025-PDB-RHU-0036, Consideration of Objection to the Notice of Intention to Designate 251 Besserer Street, listed as Item 4.3 on Built Heritage Committee Agenda 26, was not distributed with the BHC Agenda on Wednesday, 24 September 2025 but was distributed and made public on Wednesday, 01 October 2025; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Built Heritage Committee approve that the Rules of Procedure be waived pursuant to Subsection 89(3) of the Procedure By-law (being By-law 2025-100) to allow for this report’s consideration at today’s meeting.
