BE IT RESOLVED THAT the following subsection of the Procedure By-law (2025-100) be waived to allow Notices of Motion introduced at today’s meeting to rise to the February 2026 EPPSC meeting as the November 20, 2025 meeting will be focused on the 2026 draft budget: 59(4) Consideration of a motion, of which notice was given pursuant to this section, shall be in order at the next regular meeting or at a special meeting of Council called for that purpose.
