That the following By-law of the City of Ottawa be given three readings and enact-ed by the Debenture Committee in accordance with its delegated authority: BY-LAW NO. 2025-465 - A by-law of the City of Ottawa to authorize the borrowing upon sinking fund debentures in the aggregate principal amount of $250,000,000.00 towards the cost of certain capital works of the City of Ottawa.
