WHEREAS the report ACS2024-PDB-RHU-0035 recommends the issuance of a Notice of Intention to Designate 90 and 96 Empress Avenue according to the Statement of Cultural Heritage Value attached as Document 9; and WHEREAS based on community feedback, staff recommend adding one additional heritage attribute to Document 9 to recognize the stained-glass window on the west façade of the building ; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the list of heritage attributes in Document 9 be amended to include the following additional attribute as the fourth bullet on page eight of the document: Tripartite stained-glass window with stone surround on the west façade;
