That the Court of Revision: 1) Approve a reduction in the Local Improvement Charge (Special Frontage Rate) from $427.79 per metre to $304.80 per metre in accordance with a summary sheet attached hereto as Document 1. 2) Approve a reduction of 6.05 metres for property frontage for 250 Herzberg Road and 300 Legget Drive as a result of a road widening. 3) Adjourn the hearing to January 30, 2013 to hear submissions and to give consideration to frontage reductions of properties which may have unusable parts because of the presence of the Kizell Drain and to finalize the Local Improvement Special Assessment Roll.
