BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Ottawa Investment Board resolve in camera pursuant to Subsection 24(i) of the Ottawa Investment Board Procedure By-law, as the subject matter relates to “A trade secret or scientific, technical, commercial, financial or labour relations information, supplied in confidence to the Board, which, if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to prejudice significantly the competitive position or interfere significantly with the contractual or other negotiations of a person, group of persons, or organization”, as interviews for the Outsourced Chief Investment Officer will be held. Reporting out will be upon hiring of the Outsourced Chief Investment Officer, through the 2024 Investments, Endowment Fund and other Treasury Activities report.
