BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Emergency Preparedness and Protective Services Committee approve that the Rules of Procedure be waived subject to Subsection 83(4)(a) of the Procedure By-Law (being By-Law N O 2022-410) to receive a verbal update on the City’s response to the April 2023 Ice Storm at today’s meeting and dispense with the requirement for staff to provide a separate written report on this verbal update / presentation.
