WHEREAS Document 3 of report ACS2018-PIE- PS-0107 provides the details of the recommended zoning; and WHEREAS Part 2 of the details of the recommended zoning directs that Exception 1967 be amended; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that staff report ACS2018-PIE-PS-0107 be revised as follows; (a) Revise Document 3, Part 2 of report ACS2018-PIE- PS-0107 by replacing the words “Amend exception 1967 to Section 239” with “Add a new exception to Section 239”; AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT pursuant to the Planning Act, subsection 34(17) no further notice be given.
