MacDonald That the French Language Services Advisory Committee select the following strategic priorities as its main priority items: EP1 – Promote Ottawa HC1 – Advance equity and inclusion for the city’s diverse population SE3 – Develop positive, effective and engaged employees committed to the service promise SE1 – Improve the client experience through established service expectations

Whereas City Council will adopt its strategic priorities on July 8, 2015; Therefore be it resolved that the FLSAC identify certain priorities and create a drafting sub-committee with the goal of proposing a FLSAC work plan at the Committee’s September 10 meeting.
