That, pursuant to Subsection 89(3) of the Procedure By-law (being By-law 2022-410), the Emergency Preparedness and Protective Services Committee (EPPSC) waive the Rules of Procedure to receive a presentation from the Chief, Ottawa Fire Service, regarding the Fire Smart Program on today’s EPPSC agenda; and That, pursuant to Subsection 83(4)(a) of the Procedure By-law, the Committee dispense with the requirement for staff to provide a separate written report on this presentation.
