That the report from Ottawa Community Lands Development Corporation . entitled “ Ottawa Community Lands Development Corporation (OCLDC) 2017 – Annual Report ”; Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee Report 36; Audit Committee Report 17; Finance and Economic Development Committee Report 36; Planning Committee Report 66A; and the report from the City Clerk and Solicitor’s Office entitled “Summary of Oral and Written Public Submissions for Items Subject to the Planning Act ‘Explanation Requirements’ at the City Council Meeting of June 27, 2018” b e received and considered; and That the Rules of Procedure be suspended to receive and consider Items 4, 5, 7, and 12 of Planning Committee Report 67. Waiver of the Rules is being requested due to timelines, as the next regular Council meeting is not scheduled until August 29 th ; and That pursuant to subsections 35 (5) and (6) of Procedure By-law 2016-377, Council receive and consider Items 1, 2, 3, 6, 8, 9, 10 and 11 of Planning Committee Report 67.

That report from the Ottawa Community Lands Development Corporation . entitled “ Ottawa Community Lands Development Corporation (OCLDC) 2017 – Annual Report ”; Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee Report 36; Audit Committee Report 17; Finance and Economic Development Committee Report 36; Planning Committee Reports 66A and 67; and the report from the City Clerk and Solicitor’s Office entitled “Summary of Oral and Written Public Submissions for Items Subject to the Planning Act ‘Explanation Requirements’ at the City Council Meeting of June 27, 2018” be received and adopted as amended.

That the by-laws listed on the Agenda under Motion to Introduce By-laws, Three Readings, be read and passed;

That the following by-law be read and passed: By-law 2018-287 to confirm the proceedings of the Council meeting of 11 July, 2018.
