That the following by-laws be enacted and passed: THREE READINGS 2014-132 A by-law of the City of Ottawa to establish certain lands as common and public highway and assume it for public use (Youville Drive). 2014-133 A by-law of the City of Ottawa to amend By-law No. 2006-76 respecting fees and charges for Ottawa Fire Services. 2014-134 A by-law of the City of Ottawa to amend By-law No. 2006-75 respecting fees and charges for inspections and file searches by Ottawa Fire Services. 2014-135 A by-law of the City of Ottawa to amend By-law No. 2003-527 respecting a schedule of retention periods for certain records of the City of Ottawa. 2014-136 A by-law of the City of Ottawa to amend By-law No. 2004-60 to appoint Municipal Law Enforcement Officers in accordance with private property parking enforcement. 2014-137 A by-law of the City of Ottawa to amend By-law No. 2002-521 to add the names of certain private roadways. 2014-138 A by-law of the City of Ottawa to amend By-law No. 2008-250 of the City of Ottawa to change the zoning of lands known municipally as 251 Northwestern Avenue. 2014-139 A by-law of the City of Ottawa to designate certain lands at 325 to 344 Gracewood Crescent as being exempt from Part Lot Control. 2014-140 A by-law of the City of Ottawa to designate certain lands at 515, 517, 519, 521, 523, 525 and 527 Egret Way, 2441, 2444, 2449, 2451, 2465, 2475, 2478, 2486, 2488, 2490, 2493, 2494, 2495, 2497, 2498 and 2500 Regatta Avenue, 201 and 205 Brambling Way as being e
