Receive the memorandum dated February 20, 2026, in which staff respond to the October 8, 2025 Council direction on encampment responses (File No. ACS2025-OCC-CCS-0090), attached as Document 1 to this report. ” BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the memorandum be added to the report as Document 1.
