WHEREAS the 2014-2018 Council Governance Review recommended that the Community and Protective Services Committee meet eight times a year, retaining the ability to hold Special Meetings; and WHEREAS the Community and Protective Services Committee received presentations from staff and from public delegations; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Community and Protective Services Committee approve meeting ten (10) times a year, retaining the ability to hold Special Meetings; AND FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the Community and Protective Services Committee meeting schedule be reviewed during the mid-term governance review.
